Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the trade-cost.com platform operated by TPS 92 SASU.

By creating an account or making a payment, you fully accept these Terms.

TRADE-COST is a SaaS platform offering three categories of features:

• A landed-cost calculator (duties, VAT, anti-dumping, freight, insurance)
• A marketplace to connect with verified freight forwarders
• An execution orchestrator for import / export operations

Sign-up is free and uses passwordless authentication (magic link sent by email). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your mailbox and for any action taken from your account.

One account per individual. Reselling or sharing an account between several people is not allowed.

TRADE-COST operates exclusively on a one-shot payment model. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, no recurring billing.

You pay a flat amount to access a fixed subscription duration (1 month or 1 year depending on the plan). When it ends, your access automatically expires — you are never charged again without an explicit action on your side.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our Merchant of Record partner, which issues the invoice and handles local VAT.

The calculation engine relies on official sources (customs tariffs, trade agreements, anti-dumping measures) updated regularly. Despite our care, TRADE-COST provides an indicative estimate and does not replace an official customs clearance.

You remain solely responsible for the final tariff classification and for customs declarations. We systematically recommend a final verification with a licensed customs broker or the competent authorities.

TRADE-COST is neither a customs broker, nor a freight forwarder, nor a legal or tax advisor.

You agree to use the platform in accordance with the law and with these Terms. In particular, the following is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass the technical limitations or quotas of your plan
• Scraping, copying or reselling the HS, tariff or trade-agreement database
• Using the platform to classify goods subject to international sanctions in order to circumvent them
• Injecting malicious code or compromising the security of the service

The platform, its interface, its calculation engine, its enriched databases and its content are the exclusive property of TPS 92 SASU. Your access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license of use, limited to the duration of your subscription.

We strive to maintain maximum uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure. No refund is granted for occasional interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of TPS 92 SASU for direct damages arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount actually paid by the user over the 12 preceding months.

We disclaim any liability for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, business losses or financial damages resulting from a calculation error, a misinterpretation of regulation or a technical failure.

Your access expires automatically at the end of the paid period. You may also delete your account at any time from your personal area — all your personal data will then be erased, except for data we are legally required to keep (invoices in particular).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of manifest violation of these Terms, without refund.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
