Refund Policy

At TRADE-COST, we believe a tool should prove its worth before you pay full price. That’s why we offer a full refund within 7 days of your payment, with no justification required.

Whether you used the platform or not, a simple email is enough.

Send an email to support@trade-cost.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Refund request”. You can add a reason if you want to (it helps us improve the service), but it is not required.

We acknowledge receipt within 24 business hours and process the refund within 3 to 5 business days to the payment method originally used.

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record partner, Paddle.com Market Ltd., which also handles the initial payment. The time it takes for funds to reappear on your account depends on your bank (usually 3 to 10 business days).

After 7 days, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. In practice, we are flexible — if you hit a real technical problem or an obvious mistake, write to us.

One-shot plans do not give rise to pro-rata refunds beyond the 7-day window; your access remains active until its natural expiration.

Refunds do not apply in the following cases, in line with law and common practice:

• Accounts suspended for violation of the Terms (fraud, scraping, obvious abuse)
• Repeated or abusive requests (buy → refund → buy again in a loop)
• Bank fees or FX losses borne by your bank, unrelated to TRADE-COST

For consumers residing in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal set out in Directive 2011/83/EU applies and stacks with our policy. You may exercise this right by simple email to support@trade-cost.com.

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (or national equivalent), by accepting to start using the service immediately after payment, you expressly consent to its execution before the end of the withdrawal period — our 7-day refund policy still applies in parallel.
